An Apology to the Neighbors

At this point in the weekend, our neighbors might be suffering from headaches, ringing ears, hearing loss, and/or general irritation due to some prolonged jack-hammering that took place Thursday and again this afternoon. We'd like to pretend that we're not responsible, but I'm afraid the huge pile of concrete chunks in our front yard gives us away. We knew it was bad when one of Keith's students came to class on Friday complaining about "someone using a jack hammer ALL day" the day before. Hhhmmm...who could that have been?

Meanwhile, all the noise didn't seem to bother David at all...
